The Forest Conference & Evening Social will be held at Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites. Event guests can book accommodations at the hotel with a preferred rate if booked before January 27, 2025.

*To confirm a guest room within the Forests Canada Room Block, the room must be secured with a valid credit card provided by the event guest along with a deposit for the first night that is refundable up to three days before arrival. Cheques and major credit cards are acceptable for establishing prepayment.

Guestroom rate includes:

• Check-In: 3:00 PM
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM
• Complimentary wi-fi in your guestroom
• Complimentary parking for one vehicle over the conference dates, February 19 & 20.
• Hotel Amenities include an on-site restaurant, room service, indoor pool, fitness center, business center, meeting rooms, airport shuttle, concierge, EV charging, and digital key access.

*Breakfast will be available at the conference (it is not included with your stay).
